The customer, HOLT CAT, faced a significant challenge in its service shops and warehouses where maintenance managers were spending excessive time replacing bulbs. They needed a professional partner to implement an efficient lighting retrofit without unnecessary complications. They enlisted Facility Solutions Group (FSG) for a lighting solution.

FSG designed and executed a lighting retrofit using LED technology. This allowed them to reduce the total number of fixtures while significantly improving light levels. The solution was implemented with minimal disruption to the live shop environment. The project resulted in substantial energy savings, reducing annual energy use by 396,364 kWh and earning a $220,119 rebate for the customer.
