H.E. Butt Grocery (HEB) required electrical construction work for a series of grocery store remodels in South Central Texas. The challenge involved performing this work while the stores remained open for business. HEB turned to vendor Facility Solutions Group (FSG) to complete the electrical portion of these remodels.

Facility Solutions Group executed a complete electrical remodel, which included replacing all lighting, adding new electrical panels, and installing new outlets in the flooring and shelving. The FSG team successfully accommodated the requirement to perform all work while the store was operational. The project was completed for a contract amount of $328,000.
