Bed Bath & Beyond faced the challenge of reducing energy consumption and capturing long-term maintenance savings across its nationwide stores. Facility Solutions Group (FSG) worked with the retailer to address this through a lighting retrofit project.

FSG implemented a turnkey lighting retrofit, replacing old fixtures with more efficient products. They developed a comprehensive warranty management program and an online tracking system to ensure failures were addressed at minimal cost to the customer. As a result, Bed Bath & Beyond has received $1.7 million in warranty credits since 2013, securing both energy and significant maintenance savings.
