FSG Upgrades Shop Rite to LED Technology

The owner of ShopRite, Eikhoff's Supermarkets, partnered with Facility Solutions Group (FSG) for a lighting upgrade at their Cinnaminson, New Jersey location. The challenge was to modernize the store's lighting system as part of a larger refrigeration and HVAC overhaul, aiming to improve overall aesthetics and operational efficiency without disrupting customer shopping.

FSG installed new LED technology throughout the store, including Columbia LED volumetric troffers, Hubbel LED highbays, Amerlux Hornet LED downlights, and new LED strip fixtures. This solution from Facility Solutions Group was implemented after hours to ensure no business disruption. The results included significantly improved light levels and aesthetics, alongside a massive reduction in maintenance; the life of the main high bay fixtures increased from 10,000 hours to 120,000 hours.
