FSG upgraded over 11,000 fixtures throughout the campus

Facility Solutions Group (FSG) provided a lighting upgrade for Hackensack University Medical Center, a top-ranked hospital and the largest provider of inpatient and outpatient services in New Jersey. The customer's challenge was to modernize its campus-wide lighting by adopting the newest state-of-the-art technologies.

FSG's solution involved upgrading over 11,000 fixtures across the campus, including mechanical rooms, cove lighting, parking garages, and a high atrium. The vendor installed new LED lamps and retrofits, achieving significant energy savings; for instance, 175W metal halide lamps in the garage were replaced with 55W LED lamps, and a 400W metal halide in the atrium was replaced with a 93W LED retrofit.
