FSG Provides Stunning Exterior Lighting for Albuquerque's Premier Luxury Hotel Property

The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa sought to enhance its nighttime ambiance and guest experience with an exterior lighting upgrade that complemented its natural surroundings. To achieve this, they partnered with Facility Solutions Group (FSG) for a lighting solution.

Facility Solutions Group designed and installed a phased exterior lighting project, replacing over 500 fixtures with high-performance LED solutions. This implementation resulted in a significant annual energy reduction of 396,364 kWh and secured a $220,119 energy rebate for the customer, greatly enhancing the project's return on investment while transforming the resort into a visually captivating destination.
