FSG Provides Networking and Technology Infrastructure Support for New Campus Engineering Building

Texas A&M University was investing in new infrastructure to become a premier engineering institution and required a complex networking and technology infrastructure for its new Zachry Engineering Education Complex. Facility Solutions Group (FSG) was engaged to provide the structured cabling and installation support needed for this major project.

FSG’s team conducted site surveys, coordinated with the general contractor, and successfully installed over 6,000 Cat 6 cables and completed 2,000 fiber-optic terminations. They built out and tested all MDF/IDF closets and provided full documentation. The solution implemented by FSG delivered a robust infrastructure that supported the successful opening of the new complex to rave reviews.
