FSG Provides Lighting Upgrade with Control Features and an Extended Warranty for Local Church

Calvary Church of Albuquerque wanted to reduce utility expenses for their parking lot lighting without altering the fixtures' appearance, while also maintaining high light levels for safety. Facility Solutions Group (FSG) addressed this challenge by providing a custom lighting retrofit solution.

FSG implemented custom retrofit kits that fit inside the existing pole fixtures. The kits provided higher light levels than the old HID lights and featured integrated motion sensors that adjust the lights from a fixed 50% level to full brightness when movement is detected. The project, which included a ten-year warranty, achieved annual energy savings of $21,000 and a reduction of 202,000 kWh, leaving the customer very satisfied.
