FSG Provides LED Lighting Upgrade and Rebate Management for Local Senior Center

The Village of Corrales contacted Facility Solutions Group (FSG) to address outdated and inadequate lighting at their Senior Center. Their challenge was to improve the facility's environment and enhance safety and security, which was a particular concern due to the dim lighting in the parking lot.

Facility Solutions Group installed new high-efficiency LED lighting fixtures throughout the interior and exterior of the building, including new wall packs and parking lot lights. This solution from FSG successfully created a safer environment while also delivering significant annual energy savings of 25,500 kWh and reducing the village's utility costs by $3,500.
