The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge, a retail center in Los Angeles, faced a complex and high-profile redevelopment project. The customer encountered significant obstacles, including pushback from cultural and neighborhood groups, extensive asbestos abatement, and logistical challenges from a nearby temporary homeless shelter.
