The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center needed electrical construction work for its new Center for Advanced Biomedical Imaging Research in Houston. They engaged Facility Solutions Group (FSG) to perform this complex installation within a fully occupied building in the Texas Medical Center.

Facility Solutions Group implemented an elaborate electrical solution for the center's first-generation build-out, which included specialized laboratories and administration areas. FSG installed separate electrical services for each lab, provided specialized low-voltage lighting for an art installation, and integrated a new complete fire alarm system with the building's existing system. All work was completed successfully to support the center's advanced research capabilities.
