Facility Solutions Group (FSG) was engaged by CEC International to perform a series of energy-saving retrofits at their Bo Robinson correctional facility in Trenton, New Jersey. The customer desired to upgrade their systems for greater efficiency and turned to FSG for its expertise in lighting upgrades and energy-efficient design and auditing.

FSG performed an energy audit and designed a comprehensive solution that included a lighting and HVAC system upgrade. The vendor upgraded over 1,070 interior and exterior fixtures to high-efficiency technologies and replaced over 107 tons of HVAC units. This project delivers significant annual savings for the customer, amounting to more than $92,000 per year.
