The customer, Endeavor Real Estate Group, faced a significant challenge in developing the large-scale Plaza Saltillo mixed-use project in Austin. The grand scale of the 10-acre site and an aggressive construction schedule were complicated by logistical issues like limited parking for work crews. Vendor Facility Solutions Group (FSG) was brought on as the electrical contractor to provide the extensive electrical infrastructure required.

Facility Solutions Group's solution was rooted in early and intensive planning. By being involved in the initial budgeting phase, FSG collaborated closely with the general contractor and used their Building Information Modeling (BIM) team to meticulously plan and install over 60,000 miles of conduit. Their team demonstrated flexibility to overcome weather delays and remained dedicated to the project schedule. As a result, FSG successfully helped power the transformation of six city blocks into a completed development featuring office, retail, and residential space, making a substantial impact on the East Austin community.
