Facility Solutions Group (FSG) was contracted by Hyatt to address a lighting challenge at the Hyatt Inner Harbor parking garage in Baltimore. The customer needed to improve the quality of lighting for visitor safety and the garage's aesthetics while also finding a way to significantly reduce energy costs.

FSG's solution was to perform a complete lighting retrofit, replacing over 200 metal halide fixtures with new, high-efficiency LED fixtures.
