Penske Automotive Group sought to reduce operating costs and improve lighting quality across its more than 25 luxury dealership locations in Arizona. They partnered with Facility Solutions Group (FSG) to address this challenge with a comprehensive LED lighting upgrade project.

Facility Solutions Group conducted a full audit and implemented a custom retrofit program, replacing 1,100 fixtures. The solution provided uniform, high-performance lighting for showrooms, offices, and service bays. This project dramatically cut energy consumption by 1,092,662 kWh annually for Penske, while also reducing long-term maintenance costs and enhancing the customer experience.
