Existing building maintained service and stayed open while new building was built in adjacent lots

The customer, Premier Volvo, faced the challenge of constructing a new car dealership facility on an adjacent lot while needing their existing location to remain fully operational, with half of their lot being used as an active construction site. Vendor Facility Solutions Group (FSG) was brought on as the electrical contractor to manage this complex electrical construction.

FSG implemented the solution by closely coordinating with the general contractor to carefully stage the installation of utilities and pole lighting. This phased approach accommodated the ongoing business and the gradual installation of the new car lot. The project was completed successfully, allowing Premier Volvo to maintain its operations throughout the construction process and ultimately open its new facility. The contract amount for the work was $485,980.
