River Oaks Properties required comprehensive wayfinding and pylon signage for a new 63-acre shopping center development on a firm deadline. The general contractor, EMJ Construction, was searching for a vendor capable of producing the required high-quality signage. Facility Solutions Group (FSG) provided a complete in-house solution, with its Austin fabrication department building the signs and its El Paso electric team handling installation.
