The City of Santa Fe engaged Facility Solutions Group (FSG) to upgrade the lighting in its municipal parking facilities. Their primary challenge was to modernize the system by replacing traditional fixtures with LED technology, with the dual goals of significantly improving light levels and reducing the city's overall energy consumption.

Facility Solutions Group partnered with GE to implement a solution using their Evolve LED fixtures. The retrofit of 243 fixtures at the Railyard Parking Garage resulted in substantial energy savings of $23,000 annually and a reduction of 264,018 kWh. The project successfully enhanced illumination for the facility and also qualified for a utility rebate.
