Chanel USA desired to retrofit their manufacturing and distribution center in Piscataway, New Jersey, to improve lighting quality and reduce overall energy expenditures

The customer, Chanel, desired to improve lighting quality and reduce energy expenditures at their manufacturing and distribution center in Piscataway, New Jersey. Their challenge involved outdated lighting fixtures that were not providing optimal conditions for a safe and productive workplace. They engaged Facility Solutions Group to perform a complete lighting retrofit.

Facility Solutions Group implemented the solution by replacing old high-pressure sodium and fluorescent fixtures with new, energy-efficient T5 and T8 fluorescent fixtures throughout the facility. Occupancy sensors were also installed to maximize energy savings by reducing lighting in unoccupied spaces. This lighting upgrade by Facility Solutions Group successfully enhanced the quality of light for the workforce and achieved the customer's goal of significantly reducing overall energy consumption.
