ATX Studios, a film and television production facility, faced a challenge with the poor lighting conditions in their newly acquired 90,000-square-foot warehouse. The space was equipped with outdated high-pressure sodium fixtures that produced an insufficient yellow light, which was inadequate for their production needs. Facility Solutions Group was engaged to address this issue with a lighting solution.

Facility Solutions Group implemented a retrofit, replacing the old fixtures with new 3000K warm color temperature LED high bay lights. This solution almost halved the total number of fixtures while providing superior illumination. The project resulted in substantial energy savings, reducing consumption by 42.17 watts and saving the customer $23,792 in annual utility costs.
