Toyota Motors Poland, a globally recognized multinational company, engaged Facet5 to find a versatile tool for its recruitment, talent development, and team building initiatives. The initial challenge was to recruit high-potential students for a Graduate Development Program.

Facet5 worked with Toyota to accredit internal HR employees and provided its Audition module for recruitment. The solution was successfully applied across multiple projects, leading to improved team self-awareness, more effective recruitment processes, and enhanced cooperation. The Facet5 tools were positively evaluated by participants and managers, who used the profiles for development feedback and to compare candidates against role templates.
