Samsung Europe sought to identify and develop dynamic new leaders to maintain its position as a market leader and innovator. To support this goal, they partnered with the vendor Facet5 to provide a tool for increasing self-awareness and understanding personal work preferences among their talent.

Facet5 was implemented at the start of Samsung's talent programmes. Participants received one-to-one feedback from accredited practitioners, and the insights were used in exercises and peer coaching to help leaders develop an authentic style. Furthermore, Samsung utilized Facet5's Audition application for senior recruitment to ensure a strong cultural and role fit. As a result, over 50 Samsung employees across Europe are now accredited to deliver Facet5 feedback, embedding this development tool deeply within the organization.
