its new General Manager. The challenge was to help the young, French GM, who was new to the role and from a different company culture, effectively integrate with and lead an established, hierarchical, and long-serving Board of Directors in Bulgaria.

The solution was the Facet5 TeamScape programme, a two-day workshop designed to build team effectiveness. Wilson Learning implemented this solution, which provided deep insights into individual personalities and team dynamics. The results were extremely positive; the board considered it one of the best company initiatives ever. It created a common language for better communication, resolved conflicts, and successfully embedded the new leader. The success led to the program being presented at a regional level and rolled out to the management team at their production site.
