Hampshire Fire and Rescue turns an 8-person team into a world class team with Facet5

Hampshire Fire and Rescue, the UK's largest service of its kind, sought to develop one of its high-performing teams into a world-class team. They engaged Facet5, through consultancy partner t-three, to improve teamwork and help the team reach its full potential.

Facet5 administered its personality assessment to an eight-person team. Through a workshop involving profile feedback and the TeamScape tool, the team gained a powerful visual understanding of individual work styles and how to resolve differences. This process helped them recognize long-held assumptions about each other and identify individual strengths and risks. As a result, Facet5 enabled the team to identify necessary actions to achieve its potential, with the consultant declaring the project a "real success" and that it was now "the best team in the world."
