The customer, PSA Retail, a network of nearly 400 car dealers across Europe, faced the challenge of coordinating a uniform social media strategy across its hundreds of local and national Facebook pages. Their goals included unifying communications, increasing local customer engagement, and running effective drive-to-store campaigns, all of which were difficult to manage at such a large scale. This solution from Facelift led to a dramatic 748% increase in local Facebook page subscribers, growing from under 10,000 to over 70,000 in just over two years.
