Pixonic's War Robots Finds Success With Facebook Gameroom

Pixonic, the developer and publisher behind the popular game War Robots, wanted to reach new audiences beyond its growing mobile fanbase. Working with Facebook for Developers, it looked for a way to expand the game’s audience amid crowded app stores and the challenges of acquiring new players.

Facebook for Developers helped Pixonic launch War Robots on Facebook Gameroom, giving players a PC-based experience with keyboard and mouse controls while exposing the game to a new audience. Within three months, active players more than doubled to 350,000, revenue grew by an average of 100% per month, and ARPDAU on Gameroom was at least 20% higher than on other platforms.
