Hi-Rez Studios, the free-to-play game developer behind Paladins, needed a way to grow its community, boost player engagement, and support monetization as its esports audience emerged organically on Facebook. Facebook for Developers helped Hi-Rez Studios launch the Paladins Global Series and stream esports exclusively on Facebook, while also using In-stream Rewards to encourage viewers to watch and interact with broadcasts.
