The solution implemented FabSoft's Modular Object Scanning Technology, MFDConnect, on Ricoh multi-function printers. This was integrated with RightFax software to create a centralized, secure faxing system. The implementation automated the document review workflow through a web interface and allowed employees to easily fax, email, and save scanned documents directly from any MFP.
