Transparent communication through professional correspondence management

Siemens Mobility, part of Siemens, needed a better way to manage complex, long-running project correspondence across many partners and communication channels. The company wanted to replace scattered data sources such as Outlook, SharePoint, and project drives with a single, user-friendly system from Fabasoft that could control access through role-based permissions and keep communication transparent and compliant.

Fabasoft implemented the Approve correspondence management solution on Fabasoft PROCECO, connecting it to e-mail inboxes and moving correspondence into the cloud as controlled “business letters” with logged actions, deadlines, and clear status tracking. The result was flexible scalability, simpler administration, and complete traceability, with around 100 internal employees and external partners using the system across projects including Frankfurt Airport and VIA Rail Canada, and Siemens Mobility able to standardize and rapidly adapt the solution for new projects.
