SingularLogic, Greece’s leading software and IT solutions group with some 40,000 customers, needed to launch market-leading ERP, CRM and other applications as SaaS without compromising security, performance or cost-efficiency. To protect customer data, ensure fast application response, and enable scalable growth, SingularLogic selected F5 Networks and its BIG-IP products (BIG-IP LTM, BIG-IP Link Controller and BIG-IP ASM) as core components of the new hosted platform.

F5 Networks’ BIG-IP appliances—deployed and configured with support from partner Pylones using iRules—provide load balancing, dynamic ISP/link control, and web-application firewall protection, delivering faster response times and strong defense against DDoS, SQL injection and other attacks. The solution offloads processing from servers (avoiding an estimated ~50% increase in server count), supports about 1,000 users in year one with capacity projected to scale to ~4,000 by year three, enables dynamic allocation of 100 Mbps across customers, and materially reduced data center costs while ensuring secure, scalable SaaS delivery.
