Everbridge Manages Traffic and Security across Global Cloud Providers and Local Data Centers

Everbridge, a global provider of critical communications services, needed to manage traffic and security across multiple cloud providers and its own data centers while ensuring dynamic scalability, regulatory compliance, and cost control. Faced with growth to 2,500 global customers and deployment across 11 virtual private data centers in four cloud providers, Everbridge selected F5 Networks and its BIG-IP suite (including BIG-IP DNS and BIG-IP AFM/ASM virtual editions) to replace disparate ADC solutions.

F5 Networks implemented virtual editions of BIG-IP modules, deployed BIG-IP AFM/ASM for layered security, and used iRules and flexible licensing to provide a single management interface across hybrid environments. The F5 solution enabled Everbridge to dynamically scale cost-effectively, reduce administrative overhead and costs, strengthen network and application security, and more easily meet data‑storage regulations while supporting its global expansion.
