Ardenta Creates a Multi-Tenanted IT Infrastructure with F5 Application Delivery Controllers

Ardenta, a UK IT managed services provider focused on high-performance hosting for e-gaming and other industries, needed a single multi‑tenanted network that kept each customer’s applications, data, and traffic entirely separate while delivering exceptional speed and reliability. To meet this challenge it chose F5 Networks and deployed F5 BIG‑IP Application Delivery Controllers (including LTM, GTM, ASM, virtual editions and iRules) to replace legacy load‑balancers that could not support multi‑tenancy.

F5 Networks implemented BIG‑IP platforms across three data centres, enabling logical partitioning for multiple customers, intelligent monitoring, application security, and device‑aware traffic steering via iRules. The new environment handled 10, 20 and 40 Mbps test loads without degradation, provides up to 100 Mbps throughput per site with easy future scaling, keeps customer data and traffic isolated and secure, and reduces the cost of adding customers by avoiding per‑customer licensing — delivering measurable performance, scalability and cost benefits for Ardenta.
