F3 Technology Partners quickly configured proper database logging and backup processes, installed and configured Oracle Enterprise Manager, and provided 24x7 monitoring and support. The team also helped implement a standby database environment, improve performance, resolve disk space issues, and keep production running smoothly. In the first 4.5 months, F3 handled more than 300 critical alerts and about 360 warning alerts, while the monthly alert rate dropped from 160 in the first month to less than half that in the fourth month, with few critical alerts.
