Financial Institute, a Connecticut-based financial organization, worked with F3 Technology Partners to address a looming on-premise infrastructure refresh for its production and development environments. The institute needed to avoid a major capital expense, reduce reliance on aging compute and storage systems, and overcome limited internal resources while also managing concerns about public cloud security. F3 Technology Partners evaluated the current environment and cloud requirements, with Amazon Web Services and ReCon as the core offerings under consideration.

F3 Technology Partners designed and implemented a full AWS-based replacement using EC2, EBS, S3, and VPC, along with ReCon Managed Security Services. The new environment shifted the institute from a CAPEX-heavy model to OPEX, created a more agile IT platform for development, and reduced on-premise infrastructure needs. With 24x7 security monitoring, threat detection, and vulnerability assessment in place, F3 Technology Partners also helped alleviate the customer’s security concerns.
