Working Remotely as a Mobile Equine Vet

Starwood Equine, led by mobile equine veterinarian Dr Kelly Zeytoonian, struggled with the realities of working remotely—limited or no internet on rural calls and the need to manage emergency responses and administrative work away from the clinic. To address these challenges they adopted ezyVet, including the ezyVet Go mobile app, to give clinicians access to medical records and practice management tools while on the move.

ezyVet delivered offline-capable access with ezyVet Go plus cloud-based practice automation, templates and bulk billing features. That allowed Starwood Equine to share real-time records during fire and disaster responses, finish end-of-day work from home (recovering about an extra hour per day), and replace time-consuming individual statement emails with bulk AR statements—streamlining workflows and improving continuity of care.
