Pieper Veterinary is a family-owned, multi-site hospital group with over 300 staff across six Connecticut locations. Facing a legacy system that forced hospital workflows to adapt to software limitations, Pieper — led by Dr. Ben Olson — selected ezyVet as their preferred Veterinary Practice Management Software (PMS) to improve workflow efficiency, patient care, scalability and integrations ahead of a planned September go-live.
ezyVet provided a cloud-based, highly configurable PMS with an integrated Customer Portal and an open API to connect PACS, labs, suppliers and payment solutions, supported by ezyVet’s implementation team and change-management collaboration. The solution is expected to streamline workflows for all teams, give pet owners online access to clinical data, appointments and payments, improve support for referring clinics and enhance financial performance; the case study describes these qualitative benefits but does not report specific numeric metrics.
