Penny Paws Animal Clinic is a group of general practices with four brick-and-mortar clinics and 15 mobile clinics across Fort Worth and San Antonio, Texas. Hospital Administrator Kat Basye faced an increasingly cumbersome, admin-heavy process for collecting post-appointment feedback—downloading client lists from ezyVet and manually formatting spreadsheets—so the clinic piloted ezyVet’s ReviewTree integration, a client satisfaction and review-management tool, to automate survey delivery.

Using the ezyVet–ReviewTree integration, surveys are automatically sent by SMS or email when appointments are marked complete, and all ratings, feedback and a live NPS score are tracked on the ReviewTree dashboard.
