Parkview Baptist School, one of Louisiana’s largest private schools with over 1,200 students, struggled to track a growing fleet of laptops, iPads, projectors, chargers and other accessories, suffering from inaccurate item identification, inability to track items in bulk, and limited reporting. To address this, the school adopted vendor EZO’s asset-management solution, EZOfficeInventory, to automate and centralize equipment tracking across campus and remote-use devices.

EZO implemented EZOfficeInventory features such as automated custom reports, Asset Stock for bulk item tracking, Bundles for kit checkouts, customizable Print Labels with QR codes, a mobile scanning app, and Zendesk integration. As a result, Parkview Baptist now receives daily automated reports, tracks accessories that were previously unaccounted for, speeds issue resolution (including timely RMAs), and saves staff time through bundled checkouts—significantly improving inventory visibility, flexibility, and operational efficiency.
