To address this, KAYAK selected EZO’s EZOfficeInventory in 2017, seeking cloud-based tracking, QR/mobile scanning, seamless login, and an easy-to-use interface.
EZO implemented real‑time cloud records, QR code asset tags and mobile scanning, check‑in/check‑out workflows, maintenance alerts and an open API to automate assignments and audits. The result was faster bulk audits, reduced errors and processing time, and the ability to reconcile a 10x increase in employees without hiring additional IT administrators—lowering employee acquisition costs and improving IT operational efficiency.
