Gateway Church, a nonprofit with 13 locations and about 16,000 tracked items serving 39,000 members across the Dallas/Fort Worth area, struggled with an inflexible asset system that corrupted data, required frequent support calls, and couldn’t scale with their unique workflows. Seeking a solution instead of building their own, Gateway turned to EZO and its EZOfficeInventory asset management platform to address these challenges.
EZO implemented EZOfficeInventory with responsive onboarding, custom fields and reports, the Reservation module to prevent double-bookings, and the Asset Stock category to manage groups of identical items. As a result, Gateway experienced improved data integrity, greater item visibility and availability, reduced costs and support time, and faster, more reliable check-in/check-out workflows that freed staff to focus on ministry rather than asset headaches.
