A EZO Case Study
Team Up! With Families – Katy’s Kloset, a Wisconsin-based volunteer-driven nonprofit medical equipment lending library, needed a better way to manage its rapidly growing inventory and remote order processing. Its existing software could not handle the organization’s expanding asset classifications, track consumables, or support the operational shift required during COVID-19. EZO’s EZRentOut platform was chosen to replace the limited system and support their lending workflow.
With EZO’s EZRentOut, Katy’s Kloset centralized inventory and order tracking, enabled remote processing and drive-thru pickups, and used features like Reservations, Groups and Subgroups, Custom Fields, reporting, and a trial Webstore to improve efficiency. The result was stronger real-time visibility, better documentation of order details and donor data, and smoother volunteer operations. Since migrating in June 2020, Team Up! With Families has been able to resume service remotely and continue scaling without building a custom solution.
