Wildlife Conservation Society Cambodia, a branch of the long-established global non-profit, had grown to more than 200 staff and nearly 2,000 diverse assets across multiple field sites but was still relying on a manual, Excel-based system. That made it hard to track asset location, assignments, check-outs, maintenance and end-of-life processes, so WCS Cambodia evaluated several options and selected EZO (EZOfficeInventory) as the off‑the‑shelf asset management solution that met their needs.

EZO implemented EZOfficeInventory with QR code labeling, mobile app access, check-in/check-out, custom reports, and a service & maintenance module for vehicles, enabling real-time tracking and streamlined workflows. As a result WCS Cambodia reduced paperwork, improved donor audit readiness, avoided asset loss, and used asset lifecycle tools to retire about $0.5 million of equipment properly; EZO’s platform also cut unplanned vehicle downtime and supported expansion of the solution to other WCS branches.
