A EZO Case Study
The Township of Hamilton Dive Team, an all‑volunteer water rescue unit in southern New Jersey, faced limited funding, scattered records, and difficulty keeping dozens of critical items up to manufacturers’ service schedules. To centralize maintenance, scheduling, and consumable tracking they adopted EZO’s asset-management solution, EZOfficeInventory, to capture serials, locations, and service requirements.
EZO helped the team barcode and photo‑document 2,126 items via the EZOfficeInventory mobile app, create custom fields and 30‑day service alerts for inspections and hydrostatic tests, and track consumables as inventory. As a result, equipment is routinely serviced on time, workflows are more organized, crew safety has increased, and the Township of Hamilton can produce accurate maintenance data to support funding requests — improvements the team directly attributes to EZO.
