Digital Control Inc (DCI), a global HDD equipment manufacturer, struggled with fragmented asset records and limited functionality from SharePoint while managing roughly 650 IT items across multiple international locations. EZO implemented EZOfficeInventory with Zendesk and Okta integrations, enabling ticket-linked asset assignments for faster onboarding, SSO for secure access, and granular user permissions per location. As a result, DCI now centrally tracks 650 assets across its global sites, has streamlined onboarding and disposal processes, improved IT team productivity and efficiency, and benefited from responsive EZO support during rollout.
