AGAR, a Cincinnati-based marketing and advertising company, faced limited visibility and coordination across its growing inventory of IT and event equipment—relying on static Excel sheets that led to scheduling conflicts and lost/stolen devices. To modernize operations, AGAR adopted EZO’s EZOfficeInventory to replace spreadsheets and centralize equipment, reservation, and IT device tracking.

EZO implemented EZOfficeInventory with thumbnail photos, Groups/Subgroups, access controls, an availability calendar and serial-numbered device logs to create a “shopping-style” user experience and stricter inventory control. The solution cut unnecessary trips to a remote warehouse, saved the team a few hours a week, enabled 30-minute onboarding for new hires, provided predictable reservation workflows, and improved accountability to reduce loss and streamline scheduling.
