Boutique Hotel Palacio is a small, historic property in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, located two blocks from the Cathedral Primada of America. The hotel’s previous cloud property-management system struggled with customer care and connectivity to external channels, so management sought a simpler, more accessible cloud solution that would help guests find and book the hotel more easily.
