Midwest Healthcare Ecommerce Company, a midwest healthcare eCommerce site, was struggling with paid-search performance — the site averaged about a 1% conversion rate but paid-search campaigns were only converting at roughly 0.6%, limiting ROAS. eZdia was engaged to create and test conversion-focused, SEO-optimized product detail page content (content generation and testing service) to improve engagement and lift paid-search conversions.

eZdia randomized a pool of average product pages into test and control groups and ran a four-month paid-search test that generated ~3 million impressions and 30,000 clicks. Pages with eZdia’s conversion content saw CTR rise from 1.00% to 1.08%, conversion rate jump to 2.25% versus 0.61% for the control, and campaign ROAS increase from 4x to just under 9x (despite a lower average order value on the test group).
