How Orange Leaf Leveraged ezOrdering to Grow Off-Premises Sales by 68%

Orange Leaf, a self-serve frozen yogurt franchise with more than 130 U.S. locations (and sister brand Humble Donut Co.), needed a cost-effective way to grow catering and off-premises sales without a large advertising budget. To meet customer demand and raise awareness of its off-premises services, Orange Leaf partnered with ezCater and adopted ezOrdering.

ezCater helped by providing exposure through its marketplace and by adding the ezOrdering link to Orange Leaf’s brand websites to capture catering orders, which increased online awareness and store traffic. As a result of the partnership with ezCater and other off-premises efforts, Orange Leaf achieved a 68% increase in off-premises sales in 2019.
