Ezappsolution delivered ensemble ML models and end‑to‑end product development via a remote team (PM, BA, Python back-end and data engineers, analysts, BI and mobile developers, UI/UX and QA) using an Agile approach with daily scrums, biweekly demos and a daily progress ScoreCard. The project was completed on time, 12.57% below budget, with a one‑week team hire, a 65% reduction in development cost versus other offshore vendors, a 25% improvement in product development efficiency and a 40% reduction in IT operating costs, ultimately surpassing the Debt Collection Agency’s expectations.
