Yog Herbal, a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company, faced frequent on‑shelf product misses and lost sales because of limited forecasting capabilities, skewed and seasonal supplier refill patterns, and fragmented on‑prem/cloud data. Yog Herbal engaged Ezappsolution to predict SKU demand, perform time‑series forecasting, and build an operating model to optimize sales against growing and stochastic demand.

Ezappsolution ingested data from AWS S3, consolidated and cleansed it in Databricks, aggregated at the retail‑account level, and trained an ensemble of models (XGBoost, ARIMA/SARIMAX, Prophet and deep learning) for demand sensing and scenario forecasting. The solution improved replenishment accuracy, increased on‑shelf availability and reduced stock‑outs to less than 1%, delivering measurable sales optimization for Yog Herbal.
